Seven years in the making, METHOD AND MADNESS welcomes the first ever single malt whiskey to be created in the Micro Distillery.

Matured in American bourbon barrels and sherry casks, a combination which infuses this expression with the sweetness of vanilla and the captivating notes of dried fruit. Taking center stage, though, is the exceptional distillate itself, bursting with flavour.
