1 ½ Coconut Puree’
1 Coconut Water
¼ Matcha Simple Syrup
¼ Peach Liqueur
Glass- Small rocks, coupe or stemless wine
Method
Build in tin. Ice. Shake. Strain. Top with Stenciled matcha
Garnish- Stencil dusted with matcha
